Designation as it appears on the specimen descriptive card (typed in 1963).
Number
As given in the 1963 restoration.
Rodin Number
As given in Rodin's 1981 Oslerian Pathology.
E number
Accession"Entry" number in the Museum logbook.
Donor
Usually Osler, but occasionally another ÿÈÕ̽»¨ physician.
Date
DateÌýthe specimen was procured or was given to the Museum.
Descriptive card scan
Information attached to the specimen jar (as typed in 1963).
Logbook scan
Information noted in the Museum logbook (entered in 1907).
Description
TheÌýprincipal pathological abnormalities evident in the specimen (as interpreted in 2013).
Comment
Pertinent observations related to clinical, pathological, and historical aspectsÌý of the specimen and associated case history, as well as links to Osler'sÌýwriting/publications.
