Overview
History : An introduction to some of the major theories of nationalism; an exploration of the many varieties of nationalism and forms of nation-building; a particular focus on the historical background to three case studies of current interest: Yugoslavia, Ireland and Qu茅bec.

- Restriction: Open only to newly admitted students in U0 or U1, who may take only one FYS. Students who register for more than one will be obliged to withdraw from all but one of them.
