  Mental Health and Anti-Stigma Research Chair and Faculty of Health Scienc
 es at Queen’s University. The certificate showcases organizational leaders
 hip and commitment to a mentally healthy workplace\, through best practice
 s and innovative solutions. Participants explore the ever-expanding busine
 ss case for mental health in the workplace. This includes an improved unde
 rstanding of relevant legal\, ethical\, and business concerns. This certifi
 cation program also supports the development of empathetic and solution-fo
 cused leadership skills\, which can be transferred to a variety of profess
 ional settings and situations.\n\nOver the course of three modules\, parti
