ÿÈÕ̽»¨

Understanding ÿÈÕ̽»¨'s Code of Student Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures

ÿÈÕ̽»¨'s disciplinary procedures include an extensive series of checks, balances and opportunities for appeal. These measures ensure due process and fair treatment to all parties involved. For a detailed breakdown of the process, including the specific steps taken at each stage, please refer to the Student Rights and Responsibilities website.

We encourage all students to get to know what constitutes a violation of the Code of Conduct and how these violations are dealt with by reading through theÌýCode of Student Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures.

Who makes disciplinary decisions?

The majority of disciplinary decisions are made by Disciplinary Officers who represent a diverse group at ÿÈÕ̽»¨ — from Associate Deans (Student Affairs) in Faculties, to Residence Directors, to Managers in Athletics.

In instances where a case cannot be decided by a Disciplinary Officer, it is referred to the Committee on Student Discipline (CSD), which is overseen by the Office of the Dean of Students.

Accessing Past Data

If you wish to access data regarding disciplinary cases formally addressed in recent years at ÿÈÕ̽»¨, please consult the Annual Report of the Committee on Student Discipline.
